About
Mallard House Business Centre was born in 1984 when the Little Bealings site was purchased from British Rail. A period of restoration and refurbishment of the Victorian building followed. The result is a unique building that reflects a sympathetic, traditional style, in which many classic features have been retained.
With what can be best described as an organic programmed development further accommodation was built and the mixture of old and modern offices make up an extremely attractive thirty one office Business Centre. The availability of ample free car parking outside the Centre entrance has proved to be important.
This friendly family run business offers an alternative opportunity to those not wishing to run their business from an Industrial Estate or from a Town Centre.
